For shops with several branches. Customers tap an NFC card or scan a QR code, enter a prize draw and are then invited, freely, to leave a Google review. An AI drafts replies to new reviews in the reviewer's language and the shop's tone, and a person approves each one. An admin panel shows every day how the reviews develop per branch.
